Of course yes! You can use henna powder to paint henna tattoos. Doing so is simple.

• 1.      Make a paste of Henna powder by adding water. Keep this paint in a bit liquid form so that it can run smoothly.
• 2.      Take some narrow brush or wooden stick of the size of a pen’s tip.
• 3.      Dip the tip of this brush or stick in the Henna’s paste and then apply it on your hands or feet.

NOTE: This method does not mostly give very narrow and detailed designs.
